You don’t need to renovate your bedroom to improve your sleep. Just shift a few things into alignment.

Start With Scent and Texture
Open a window before bed. Let the air move. Add a drop of lavender to your pillow or place a branch in a jar nearby—something grounding and alive.

Layer for Nervous System Calm
Two soft blankets. No screen light. A room that cools as the sun disappears. These are the things your body understands.

Invitation:
Let tonight be simple. Close what doesn’t need to be open. Dim what doesn’t need to shine.
